Jaylyn Morgan, MSW, LCSW, LCAS

Therapist

I understand that finding a nonjudgmental therapist who truly values each person’s insight into their own life can be a challenge. I approach therapy with deep respect for every client’s lived experience and believe that individuals are the experts of their own stories. Being invited into someone’s life during a vulnerable or uncertain time is an honor, one that I hold with care and compassion.

With a holistic and collaborative approach, I recognize that personal challenges are rarely the result of a singular issue. In therapy, clients can expect to work alongside me to explore a variety of paths toward healing, with the goal of fostering greater self-awareness and building stronger relationships with themselves, others, and the

world around them.

I specialize in working with trauma, addiction, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, and grief and loss. As an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and ally, I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for individuals from all walks of life to be fully seen, heard, and empowered.

Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices, I tailor treatment to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. Whether someone is beginning therapy for the first time or returning to continue their growth, I strive to make the process approachable, collaborative, and meaningful.

I am from the mountains of North Carolina, but have always felt drawn to the beach, making Wilmington my home for the past 17 years. I have a love for animals and enjoy yoga and volleyball in my free time.

I look forward to walking alongside clients as they take steps toward healing and discovering the life

they are ready to live.
