INSURANCE
Accepted Insurance
For Medication Management Services: we accept most major private insurances, but coverage may vary dependent on your specific plan. We accept Medicare only for established clients. We do not accept Medicaid.

For Therapy Services: we accept BCBS, Cigna, Aetna and United Health and are considered in-network with most of their plans.
Note: Accepted health plans are subject to change. For insurance inquiries concerning your coverage please refer to the number on the back of your insurance card. If you have questions about whether your plan covers services at Embrace Wellness Group, our client coordinator is available to assist you Monday-Friday from 9 am – 1 pm at 910-746-8717. Co-pays and deductibles due at time of service.
OUT OF NETWORK INSURANCE
Accepting Patients Right from the Start
We can provide you with an itemized receipt, called a "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance for your out of network benefits. Depending on your current insurance provider and benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. For some providers, out of network complimentary billing can an option

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards.
CANCELATION POLICY
Accepted Insurance
We require 24-48 hours notice to cancel appointments based on the service provided. Fees will be charged for no show appointments and appointments cancelled within 24-48 hour time frame. This fee is necessary because a time commitment is made and held exclusively for you.
