Hello to all! My name is Sarah Everhart. I am a Wilmington native who takes pride in offering therapy to my home community. I am the daughter of a social worker who laid the foundation for my genuine love of people.

I specialize in the following: grief and loss, anxiety, depression, stressors related to motherhood and parenting, and adjustment issues.

I most often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy in my work with clients. What I value most is building a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients based on kindness, honesty, and accountability.

In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my tight knit village of family and friends, traveling to beautiful beaches, cooking, and savoring precious time with my growing daughter.
